We used 2020 as a time to review the business and plan for the future. Many meetings later we knew what we needed to do better and how we could innovate for the future.  

 

This has led to sweeping changes including investment in machinery, new staff facilities, customer care, new job roles created involving how we market and present the business.

 

These improvements are a blueprint for the next 5 years which will ensure we remain and build upon our place as a major player within the Timber Windows and Doors industry.
